Terms and Conditions

1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of ZDR Confirmed's paid plans, tokens, and related services.

2. Pricing and Payment

• New users receive 10 free sessions.
• Afterward, you may purchase token batches or subscribe to a monthly plan.
• Payments are securely processed by Stripe.
• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and may change with notice.

3. Subscription and Renewal

Monthly plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account or by contacting info@zdrconfirmed.com.

4. SaaS Access and Licensing

• Organizations may purchase subscription plans that include multiple user seats or access codes.
• Each access code constitutes a single, non-transferable license to use the ZDR Confirmed platform for the duration of the paid term.
• Codes may not be resold, shared outside the subscribing organization, or used beyond the licensed capacity.
• Upon plan expiration or termination, all associated access codes will automatically deactivate.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are not guaranteed and may be issued only for unused plans or billing errors at the discretion of JJ Direct LLC.

6. Service Modifications

ZDR Confirmed reserves the right to modify or discontinue any feature, pricing structure, or access tier at any time.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to paid services if:

• You violate the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy,
• Payment fails or is disputed, or
• Abuse or misuse is detected.

8. Limitation of Liability

JJ Direct LLC is not responsible for loss of access, data, or revenue due to downtime, cancellations, or user error.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be handled via binding arbitration in the company's state of incorporation.
