ZDR Confirmed provides users access to an AI chat platform with full Zero Data Retention (ZDR) capabilities. Conversations are processed in real time, then automatically deleted after 60 seconds of inactivity. No chat data is stored or used to train AI models.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform.
• Upload illegal, obscene, or offensive content.

ZDR Confirmed may suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any content you input into the AI. Do not share sensitive personal, financial, or health information through the chat.

6. Intellectual Property

All website design, software, and content are the property of JJ Direct LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell any part of the Service.

7. Disclaimer

ZDR Confirmed uses automated AI models that may produce inaccurate or inappropriate responses. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

JJ Direct LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Your sole remedy is to stop using the platform.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by U.S. law. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the state of incorporation of JJ Direct LLC.
